Finally got to see Iwaki and Katou's movie come to life or should I say animation.
Fuyu no Semi (Winter Cicada) is the movie that Iwaki and Katou from Haru wo Daite Ita were filiming in the manga.
This is one of the long-awaited OVAs of the year..for me anyways.
It was well-worth the wait, too.
I was so moved by just the first OVA.  I can't wait for OVA 2.
Akizuki (Iwaki's character) and Kusaka (Katou's character)'s love is just beginning to be realized in the first OVA.
So in this dvd we can see how they met and how Kusaka fell in love with Akizuki.
So far, for as much as we know, Kusaka's love is one-sided and he only realizes he's in love towards the end of the OVA.
There are so many good scenes in here.  I think HaruDaki fans will be very happy.  Tho, I have to note if you're looking for H scenes, you won't find them in OVA 1.;p  It's all about innocent love in the first one.

Man, I already know that by the end of this series, I'm gonna be crying for sure.  You can really understand why Iwaki and Katou were so adamant to play these roles.  Can't wait for OVA 2!

BTW, I highly reccommend the ED theme also called "Fuyu no Semi".  It's sung by Iwaki Kyousuke (Morikawa Toshiyuki)!
