今日は原宿に行ってきた。明治神宮を見て。たくさん写真も撮った。一日中天気はちょっと曇りだったが。雨が降ってなくてよかった。Oh, and at Meiji Shrine I also wrote my wishes using the ema (wooden plates) hung at the shrine. It was cool! I had well wishes for my family members and even managed to fit in a wish of continued happiness and success for Kimeru. haha!<--crazyかな? まっいいか!(笑)
Anyhow, I really like Meiji Shrine. And the park around it is so beautiful. I will definitely go visit there again.

Takeshita Avenue (竹下通り)
After I went to the shrine I wandered around Harajuku's infamous Takeshita Avenue 竹下通り. You can find plenty of interesting boutiques there!

J-Idols in 原宿
Of course, what caught my attention first was the store with all the Japanese idol pics posted on the windows. And me being a fan of J-boy idols like Johnny's Jrs. and misc actors had to go check it out. Haha, actually I ended up checking about every idol shop that I saw in my path. Uhhh...it wasn't good for my wallet but I collected some good stuff, I do believe.

This was the first time I'd ever been to such idol shops. They were really interesting. Some have really new pics and some have older pics. I even saw some pics of Kaneshiro Takeshi and Takenouchi Yutaka when they were really young.

Of course, I noticed that Korean idols are beginning to show up as there were sets of both Won Bin and Bae Yong Joon pictures.

I got some BYJ for my mom and my sis will be happy to know that I found lots of Narimiya Hiroki stuff! I got Narimiya Hiroki and Tsumabuki Satoshi goods.
Actually, I hoped that maybe I could find Kimeru or Tenimyu cast pics but...nah didn't happen. Can't wait for the day when I can find Kime pics and badges there. It would be sooo cute.

Narimiya Hiroki
Anyways, about Narimiya-kun's goods! The most expensive set that I bought was the telephone cards. At the store they actually make telephone cards of your fav. idol within 2 minutes for 1000 yen a phonecard. Expensive but they looked soooo cute! So, I bought a few of them anyways. I even got this sexy pin badge of his and of course pictures. BTW, these idol pictures are really good quality! They seriously look like the real thing...u can really pick one up and fool your friends into thinking you actually took the pic or know the person in real life. :p
Well, at least if you're getting a pic where the idol isn't wearing some strange and super gay costume or with a mic in hand, that is...

I will definitely have to visit Harajuku again on one of my next visits to Tokyo. I didn't get to check out all of the stores and I also wanna come on a Sunday to see Harajuku in all its glory. hehe

Johnny's Jrs., w-inds, FLAME...growing up
Other than just pictures and badges, you can also find idol licenses. They look like actual drivers licenses with your fav. idols' picture on it. It's so cute. Man, checking out all the new and old pics of the idols at these stores...I noticed how much they grew up since ive seen some of them.

And Nishikido RYO is sooooooooooo adorable! I love how he's increasingly looking more and more his age. When he was around 15 and 16 years old, he looked sooooooo much like a 10-12 year old. He was soo cute. Now he looks more his age and he's super cute!!^^

Speaking of Johnny's Jrs., Anyone know about this Magical Musical Dream Boy show that Takki and Kat-tun are having? I saw the ads in this one store and it made me want to go! But, well I can't...but still Im interested in knowing what its all about. I guess I will have to settle for the dvd, tho.

Mention of us in Kimeru's BBS by J-fan and joke from Kime's LIVE
I was perusing the BBS earlier and found that one of the fans mentioned how surprised they were to see the foreign fans at the LIVE, yesterday. Sasuga, Kimeru! She expects that the number of Kime's fans will increase!^^
BTW, if you wanna read it, it's no.12332 on the BBS.

Oh yeah, I also remembered a joke from Kime's Live! He had already talked about how he wore the panda on his head while eating ramen in Nagoya. And how he didn't have the panda with him now to wear. So he asked if everyone really really wanted to see him wearing the panda on his head?? Of course, we all said yeah!!! Very excitedly!

Then he said....ok yeah you can see me wearing it----IN YOUR DREAMS (tonight)! <--he teased us!(汗) Haha. He is too funny!

I would have loved to be in attendance...

By the way, if you somehow, by some weird twist of fate manage to come across Sota, and you, by some weirder twist of fate get him to sign something, would you POSSIBLY get him to sign something for me too? (Hey, I can dream) I'd give you my first born!

Yeah, I'll be sure to write about those attempts when I get back home. I'm still in TOKYO!! Darn, I don't wanna leave!!

Yeah, I saw Kimeru's new COLUMN!!! Uwaaa...I got so excited reading it. He really saw us, yokatta! I'm pretty sure he's talking about us because we were the only 4 foreigners in the room that stood out. haha...

And out of the 4 of us, Im sure I was the only one who handed in a fan letter who is currently living in Japan. So that last line where he talks about a letter he got from a foreign fan living in Japan, (not to sound 生意気 but gomen) I'm pretty sure he's talking about me. Correct me if I'm wrong 海外 fans!^______^
Maybe I'll write an interesting entry about that fan letter when I get back home, too. hehehe

Anyhow, I'm really glad he could see us because we were worried that we weren't visible to him since we stood in one of the darker areas where the light didn't quite shine on us as much as it did on the ppl in the front.;)

Yay another foreign fan that went to the Shibuya concert!! I found your journal through the TeniMyu community. ^-^ The live was absolutely the best!!! Makes me wish I could have went to the Osaka and Nagoya shows too. But Kimeru was just awesome, so full of energy and such a great singer!!! Well, take care. ^^

Cool, there were more foreigners?
Hehe, I didn't know. That's so cool! Where are you from?
You must've seen us at the Live cuz we really stood out, I blv.:p
Yes, the live was awesome! I really didn't want it to end. haha...those encores were some pretty heavy teasers. haha
Where were you standing? I was in the back....cuz (boo-hoo) the number on my ticket was like in the 1200s. ;__; And man the wait to get in was sooo long for me. haha. But, thank goodness I ended up getting a good view all the same. And, I got to stand with my friends who got to go in ahead of me.

Did you buy any Kimeru goods?
Oh, I read you went to Odaiba! Odaiba is so cool!

I just got back from Tokyo about an hour ago. :< I can't wait to go back for the DREAM Live. Will you be going, too?

And I agree Shibuya rocks! It's gotta be my favorite district in Tokyo! At least out of the ones I've visited thus far! I completely envy my friend who lives 5 mins from the station.^___-

On a side note: You like j-dramas, too? I'm really into them this Spring. But I missed them all during GOLDEN WEEK. Which ones did you like?

Re: Cool, there were more foreigners?
I'm from Chicago. I was in Tokyo/Japan for only 2 weeks so I won't be going to the Dream Live. T-T But I was soooo happy to see some TeniMyu cast members there!!! I was hoping they would come to cheer Kimeru on!! ^^ I was standing kinda in the middle, more towards the back than the front, but I had a great view too!! Then again I was taller than most people around me ^^; I was right next to some of the girls that got the water bottles. I think I remember seeing a foreigner but I only got a glimpse of her from the side, so I wasnt too sure... but I think she had glow sticks? ^^

If I knew they weren't checking tickets at the outside door I would have went in, by the time I got in the venue, all the goods that were left was the pamphlets(my number was in the 800's). But I was still happy to get that. ^^ There are some very nice pics in there ^^

I think my favorite place in Toyko is Ikebukuro. So many places to shop for doujinshi!!! Although I did really like the Animate in Shibuya.

As for dramas, I agree there are some really good ones this spring!! The ones I watched were Koinu no Waltz, Itoshi no Kimi he and Orange Days. But now that I'm back home I'll have to find some other ways to get them >.

Re: Cool, there were more foreigners?
That's cool that you were in the 800s. You got alot closer than me. I was in the middle in the back where they had the bars that divided the back from the front. So I could see the general areas where the bottled water was caught.

But, I'm surprised you didn't see me and my friends. We were standing right in front of the steps when the first few hundreds of numbers were called. Then we just backed away near the ticket booth since it would be a long wait anyways.

But I didn't know that once your number was called they didn't really check your ticket at the last checkpoint. That was a good thing for me cuz I got to catch up with my friends who had gotten in ahead of me. Almost thought I'd be standing in the back by myself but it was great to be able to watch with my friends.^o^

I saw people with glow sticks and the girls with the panda puppets. hehe..!

That's too bad about the goods. I blv they started letting people in to buy the goods at 2pm.

Ikebukuro is awesome! And they have a great store dedicated to all things BL! They even have a listening booth for the BL drama cds. They're brilliant! And the Animate there is so huge...it was so overwhelming for me. And it was a little harder for me to figure out where to find things, there. I really like Shibuya's animate...so orderly.

Haha, that's funny! You watch all the ones I watch. But I missed the last 2 eps of Koinu. Darn it!/><\ Hope Matsui will be in it this week.

I love Itoshi! It always makes me cry! I want the OST.
I'm watching Itoshi right now.

And Orange Days was just the cutest yesterday! The gang sang "Shanghai Honey" in sign language and they played a kick the can version of hide and seek and HIROKI-kun was ONI ("IT") haha.
